We read everything that arrives. There are two addresses, and using the right one gets you a faster answer.
Write to support if
- A tool is behaving incorrectly, or a result looks obviously wrong
- Something is broken in a specific browser or on a specific device
- You have an idea for a diagnostic we don't currently offer
- You spotted an error in one of our troubleshooting guides
Bug reports are far easier to act on with your browser and version, your operating system, and which tool you were using. If the Tech Support Report runs on your machine, generating one and pasting in the summary tells us most of what we'd otherwise have to ask.
Write to legal if
- You are making a data protection or grievance request
- You are sending a formal legal notice
- You believe content on this site infringes your copyright
Correspondence to that address is treated as formal and routed to the people responsible for handling it. Details of your rights and our obligations are set out in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

We post tool updates, diagnostic tips, and occasional walkthroughs on these channels. They are also a reasonable place to flag something quickly if email feels heavy-handed, though anything formal or privacy-related should still go to the legal address above.

What we can't help with
We can't diagnose an individual computer remotely, and we can't repair or replace hardware — we build browser-based measurement tools, not a repair service. If a test here indicates a hardware fault, your device manufacturer or a local technician is the right next step. For the most common failures, our 33-question troubleshooting library will usually get you further, faster than we can by email.
