Live, On-Device
Virtual Makeup & Skin Retouching Preview
Preview skin smoothing, warmth balance, and a simulated fill light before a call — masked to a real face-tracked skin region so your eyes, eyebrows, and lips stay sharp instead of smearing. Everything runs on your device; nothing is uploaded.

How the masking works
Face tracking defines a bounding region each frame; smoothing and warmth blend toward a softened version of the same frame within an elliptical mask tighter than the full face, so eyes, brows, and lips stay untouched. Fill light adds a soft radial brightness boost centered on the face, fading with distance — simulating a second light source rather than flattening the whole frame.
What this is not
This is a live preview only — a display transform in your browser, not a filter baked into your outgoing feed. It cannot inject a processed stream into Zoom, Teams, OBS, or any other application; browsers deliberately prevent that. Use it to find values that look right, then reproduce them where they can actually take effect, such as your camera app's own beauty filter or a virtual-camera tool that supports custom adjustment.

The Three Controls
| Control | Range | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Smoothing | 0 – 12 | Blends toward a softened version within the skin mask — higher values smooth more. |
| Warmth | -20 – 20 | Shifts skin tone cooler (negative) or warmer (positive). |
| Fill Light | 0 – 40 | Radial brightness boost centered on the face, fading with distance. |
Step-by-Step
How to Use the Preview
- Click "Start Camera" and allow access when prompted.
- Adjust Smoothing gradually — small amounts read as natural, heavy amounts look artificial.
- Adjust Warmth and Fill Light to taste.
- Note the values that look right, then reproduce them in your camera app or conferencing software if you want the effect on a real call.
