The Brio supports several resolution and frame-rate combinations. Which one you get depends on your USB port and on what the requesting application asks for.

Field of view is 90° by default, with 78° and 65° presets available through Logitech's desktop software. The Brio also includes infrared sensors for Windows Hello facial recognition, a 5x digital zoom, RightLight 3 with HDR, and a physical privacy shutter.
Troubleshooting
Common Problems With This Camera
1. The Brio is stuck at 1080p and will not do 4K
The problem: The test above reports 1920×1080 even though the camera is advertised as 4K.
The fix: 4K requires a USB 3.0 connection. The Brio is backward compatible with USB 2.0, but on a 2.0 port it is limited to 1080p and 720p. Move the camera to a USB 3.0 port — usually blue inside, or marked SS — and connect directly to the computer rather than through a hub or a monitor's built-in ports, which frequently downgrade the link. Also check that your application is requesting 4K, since many video call platforms cap the resolution they request regardless of what the camera can do.
2. Oversaturated or inconsistent colour
The problem: Colours shift noticeably between too blue, too yellow and too red, and skin tones often look oversaturated on automatic settings.
The fix: Set white balance manually rather than leaving it automatic. The Brio's video format also affects colour: it offers MJPEG, NV12 and YUY2, and MJPEG is the most compressed of the three. If your software lets you choose, NV12 or YUY2 gives noticeably better colour at lower resolutions, though 4K is only available in MJPEG.
3. Autofocus hunting on a 4K sensor
The problem: Focus drifts in and out, which is more visible at 4K than on lower-resolution cameras because there is more detail to lose.
The fix: Disable autofocus in Logitech's desktop software and set focus manually at your normal seating distance. As with any camera, improving your lighting also reduces hunting, because autofocus depends on contrast.
